      They’re going to get stiffed regardless. The contract says the 50 grand is payable at 10k /yr. If they quit or get fired they owe it back in full. They won’t make it past the 3 year mark.

      I believe there’s a waiting period for bonuses. Otherwise, these losers would just take the money and run. Many of them probably never read or understood their contracts. As for insurance, that’s likely just a typical administrative fuck up. Par for this government.
