Apparently [nationally it’s within bounds](https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/feel-like-this-is-the-wettest-january-ever-its-not-even-close/a1703608827.html), but the east and north are wetter than usual.
We need to finally build the giant dome to protect us from all this aggressive weather that we have been experiencing …. A Thunderdome.

We are continually seeing wetter winters and drier summers. Similar to warmer climates which have monsoon and dry seasons. This trend will only continue unless the rich who are responsible for climate change get their act together (they won’t without external pressure)
As a last resort might be worth installing Scalar cloud busters (devices inspired by Wilhelm Reich’s cloudbuster), on all surrounding mountains to punch through any clouds.
Alternative would be to float a second sun (or mirror array) in geostatic orbit, to double whatever energy from the sun there is during the winter months.
So someone tell me how to distinguish between man made climate change and a natural climate change?
