It’s bigger than the last January, but they did slow down. Probably seasonal slow with added effect of exceptionally awful weather. One can expect them to slow down for quite a while when all thaws and rasputitsa starts soon-ish too – it should be bad after this winter. Which boils down to them maybe regaining some tempo when the temperature rises, but before everything thaws, then losing it badly again in the worst time of the year for them – and then it will be a long period of uninterrupted favorable climatic conditions when the ground dries.
