Well…technically Marius isn’t a descendant of Danish royalty… He isn’t even a prince… He is the spawn of the princess from a previous relationship.

As a dane, I am sorry for these disrespectful and ignorant comments that reflect a sadly quite common attitude among the danes, when it comes to our past and present colonization history of our state, that stems from state-level insecurity from continously losing wars and land until we became a small nation with a depricatory self-image. Still, the colonizer mentality is still very much present among the danes. If you’re looking for proof of this, try to explore how the danes view and portray Greenland and its people. It’s absolutely horrendous.
