      He claims this is for construction, which is bull, but is there a way to pre-emptively prevent a complete or partial teardown of the building, legally speaking? Wouldn’t want a repeat of the East Wing.

      Enough artists have cancelled that the place is effectively closed, anyway.

      Trump is just trying to save face, by announcing that the closing is his decision.

      Now he has to raise money for the renovations, in addition to everything else.

      Looking forward to cheesy plastic „gold“ trim, glued to the walls….

      He is going to destroy it now. Baby didn’t like artists canceling on him, so baby now will destroy the venue so no one will ever perform there again.
