strange shading.. I guess they were manipulating infographics even 100 years ago.
I don’t understand why black people didn’t ALL just up stakes and leave the South. Let the fucking Crackers do their own damned dirty work.
I’m as white as we come, and I have always HATED racism. I lived in Arkansas for about 6 years when I was younger and I remain convinced that racism is why the entire state still suffers from economic and intellectual backwardness to this very day. The same can be said for the rest of the South with a few exceptions that do more to prove the rule than anyone else.
