Habe es dem Personal im Flugzeug gezeigt und sie können nichts dagegen tun, weil das Personal im Flugzeug und am Boden unterschiedlich ist. Did it fit in the sizing thingy at the gate?
Air Lingus is flying the same route, should have booked with them. Prices were the same for me, so Ryanair aren’t even the cheapest.
That’s rough OP. I HATE that they get away with charging you for a few extra cms. Maybe you can appeal? But, I imagine the process will suck the life out of you. In spite of this, I hope you enjoy Vienna though.
That doesn’t look like it fits to me
They get commission, it’s in their interest. Horrible exploitative business practices and should be abolished. Ryanair can suck a fat one.

Get a photo of the bag in the checker at the gate next time and file a complaint. ( I know, there won’t be a next time)
Out of curiosity, is there any value in contacting the CCPC? Do they have any sway?
