Rules don’t apply to rich folks.
A rapist and 34 time convicted felon has been here several times also.
Doesn’t that kind of make sense though? I don’t know what age of girls he liked but before 2018 age of consent in Canada was 14 so he might not have been committing a crime in Canada? So he got through in 2014 and 4 years later when it was raised to 16 he was breaking the law.
I don’t know I’m just guessing on why it might have happened, since he was not allowed in 2018 when the law changed.
Rules are different for rich, well-connected people.
