My guess is Pattison will sell to a friend who will then sell to the US who will use it as an ICE facility. But I’m jaded.

Unfortunately, it could **STILL BE TAKEN** by the US government via „**Eminent Domain**“, as it qualifies as a „public space“. Patterson would still get paid, and at what rate, remains to be seen.
