    Habe in den neuen Dokumenten von Jeffrey Epstein nach „Dublin“ gesucht. In diesen Dateien sind einige interessante Dinge enthalten. Findet noch jemand etwas Interessantes zum Thema Irland?

      Also, this isn’t relevant to Epstein, it’s just in some newsletter he received, but I actually never knew about this about the recession. I remember a lot of people criticized the Irish government over this, when it was apparently imposed on them by the EU:

      Greece, Ireland, Spain and Portugal (LISP) are small in GDP terms relative to Germany and France. But their banking systems grew to be very large (e.g., a 20% haircut on French bank exposure to GISP countries would wipe out French bank equity). Irish Finance Minister Lehinan intimated that Ireland asked to be able to apply haircuts to senior bank debt, and was **told by the EU that it would make no money available if there were any haircuts, due to fears of contagion**.

If you are curious about the Epstein files you will notice that his writing was pretentious and very poor, his taste in art and interior design was disgusting.
