      People like Walz and Mamdani who give Trump the time of day are exactly what’s wrong with the democratic party. Would you call hitler to ask him nicely to stop being a psycho? Would you stage a photo op with Hitler? Like, are democrats really that blind to what’s happening? Are they just huge cowards? It doesn’t make sense.

      wtf was trump even doing talking about venezuela in a call about minnesota protests lmao like i get 2026 is weird but it’s almost as if his brain just flits to whatever headline makes him look strong instead of actually dealing with the crisis at hand. walz is basically like “we’ve had two americans killed, this isn’t louisville or NOLA” and trump’s like “we totally did a thing in a foreign country and it was GREAT.” reality is this is just ego politics and spectacle over actual policy or de-escalation.

      Can you imagine Bill Maher having this conversation with Trump.  He would  would be so bedazzled with how nice and cordial Trump was and we even talked about Venezulia after the discussion about MN.  He was so open and friendly

      trump always lies about awesome phone conversations he’s had with leaders and very few have come forward to talk about the true nature of these calls. i wish more would have done it before now.

      1) He’s cooked. His brain is stew.

      2) He is lying and playing dumb.

      3) He isn’t in control of a fucking thing, Miller and Noem are running the ICE-capades and feeding him whatever they like to keep him on board.

      While I think 1 & 2 are true, this screams „I AM THE AUTOPEN“ to me. I think he is clueless to the point that he is getting news on what this own administration is doing more from Fox News than cabinet meetings.

      Waltz’s heart is in the right place. I don’t question his integrity, but I believe he’s too timid for the situation at hand. Trump has what is essentially a private Army in his streets, yet Waltz is on the internet telling people to be angry, but to be peaceful and not give in to the violence.

      He needs to enable the citizens to engage, let people know they won’t be prosecuted for protesting, no interference by the state or local police. Let Trump try to play the national guard card. Better to learn just where people’s loyalty is invested and rip off the bandaid.

      Beyond Waltz, Trump has ICE in various other states, and the democratic governors have state police suppressing the protests and protecting ICE operations. Looking at you, Illinois. It’s completely ah-hoc.

      The opposition party needs to make up its mind. Are we fighting fascism or not? Should I care…or not? I’m not showing up to a protest against the Feds only to get pepper sprayed by state police.

      Well, you see…

      The US Dept. of State has been in discussions with a group in Alberta, Canada that wants Alberta to secede from Canada.

      So it’s only natural that someone in MN might want MN to secede from the USA.

      So 47 mentioning VZ to Walz is simply a kind of a „That’s a nice place you’ve got there, it would be a pity if MN seceded and I had to invade and whatnot…“.

      Simple.
