      Well, time is sort of running out on momentum. Iranian gov likely think in direction of „well, what they can do – bomb us like in 12 day war – we did survive that“. And without momentum which would relate that action to protests they are sort of right.

      Last time that I checked. The Gulf States recently rejected the US using their countries as a launchpad to strike Iran. Additionally, Netanyahu has urged Trump to abstain from escalation given that the Iranian Regime is entirely toothless on a grander geopolitical diagram now. Israel has disintegrated all of their terror proxies and their economy is on life support.

      They probably calculate that without US boots on the ground there will be no regime change and they are probably right with that and boots on the ground is something even Trump wont do lets be honest
