      Abolishing ICE would be preferable. The organization is rotten to the core and has been since its inception.

      ‚Reform‘ should have happened 5 to 10, or more, years ago. Now it’s been given a budget equal to the Marines, has questionable hiring standards, non-existent oversight, and open endorsement from the administration to be unlawful in the execution of their ‚duties‘.

      Unmasking them and making them wear bodycams won’t mean much without enforcement, accountability, and consequences. It’s the bare minimum that they already should have had.

      Unmask and disarm them. Bodycams should be mandatory for all law enforcement. There’s zero reason for ICE to be armed to the teeth. If they need firepower they should work with the state LEOs.

      Body cameras won’t do a god damn thing. These guys are constantly recording themselves so clearly more film isn’t gonna help. More training isn’t either. Jonathon Ross was a decade long veteran who ran training classes. Ice must be abolished it’s rotten to its core. Treat immigration enforcement like the civil crime it is and give undocumented people a pathway to citizenship. Anything else is a bandaid on a gun wound

      Lose masks, gain cuffs. Arrest and prosecution of this criminal gang is the starting point. Firing them all and sending them home is the compromise.

      Or shit can just continue to escalate until ICE has to start sourcing those foreskin masks in Kevlar.
