People are jumping on the headline and missing the subtext: The primary source for this was Kristi Noem. She knows they’re trying to scapegoat her, and this is her trying to blame Miller.

They’re all the worst people imaginable and the whole administration deserves to be put on trial IMO, but it’s at least nice to see infighting amongst them.
