      Next time I have a single bowl, a single plate, and a single glass to put away and I want to see a robot the price of a car finish the task in only 2 minutes, I’m there!

      Comments on robotic software usually include things like operating in kitchens and laundry rooms. This video shows progress on the kitchen aspect of manipulating cabinets, dishwashers, cups and bowls, and navigating in a kitchen environment. This also shows an improvement in the overall speed of previous demos by other companies that are often sped up.

      It’s getting there. I suggest everyone enjoy the last days of living in a largely robot-free society. Soon you won’t be able to walk downtown without seeing one of these.

      What happens if one of the dishes didn’t come out clean or fully dry? That’s a real world scenario in about 100% of homes, not 100% of the time, but a robot would need to account for that else I would be re doing work done by the robot.
