      Enforcement has already started, even before this warning. Giving this warning officially allows them even more legal cover to do what they want. And I think they will use it.

      Title is misleading, they didnt „close“ it, it’s a „warning“. Article title is „European coastal countries **warn** Russia’s shadow fleet, step up maritime safety“ (emphasis mine).

      I do want it to be closed, but saying it is closed is still a lie.
