      Who would actually care to see a docufilm about a first lady who has almost no white house presence, no real role in the administration, and is barely involved in her husband’s career or life at all?

      She’s an Eastern European who basically married a rich older donut for money and a greencard, after he cheated on his second wife in a mid-life crisis.

      Melania Trump is about the most uninteresting person I could possibly think of.

      Amazon paid $40 million for the rights, so this was always just a corrupt handover of cash. Melania gets $40 million for her „story“ and the world gets a punchline. Just more corruption brought to you by Trump and corporate America.

      It’s a good deal for her because she didn’t have to suck any cocks for this money (I assume).

      I doubt they used the full 75 million for making the film. I imagine they tucked a lot of that away and it’s in someone’s pocket. It does not cost that much to produce a solid documentary. Something tells me this is just another of their grifts.

      It’s fine. All of the major movie studios and media companies are buying up this garbage as a massive public bribe to the Trump family. They know no one would watch this. That wasn’t the point. The point was to get people like Jeff Bezos to fork over insane amounts of cash in exchange for government favors.
