The source is a Hungarian atlas so take it with a grain of salt.

    Red: Hungarians

    Yellow: Germans

    Orange: Romanians

    Blue: Slovaks

    Pink: Russyns

    Grey: Croats

    Green: Serbs

    Light green: Slovenes

Were the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Yugoslavia the most ethnically complex countries in Europe?

  3. Why is this sub flooded with posts about Hungary and users whining about Trianon? Did I miss something, is this a meme of some sort??

Oh for fuck’s sake. Nice maps, good to see once in a while, but Kingdom of Hungary maps are just swarming this sub lately. It’s getting so tired. And I’m hungarian.

TRIANON WAS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED.

I am so tired of hungarians for some time.

Yes, we Europeans don’t care that you lost lands. Go to putin again if you are unhappy

How on Earth would you have an *ethnic* map of anything in the 15th century?

Is there any ethnic map, anywhere, whose point is not „We (amazing wonderful We) should get all the land depicted, They (ugly theieves) should get none“

Ridiculous doesn’t even cover it, there was no census in the 15th century so this is mostly make-believe.
