      I thought that Trump had solid commitments of at least thirty seven trillion dollars from foreign governments for manufacturing plants across the US. When does the construction begin?

      Well because huge investments like building a factory aren’t made because an old man starts cracking illegally economic forces . There is no stability , no guarantee they won’t be
      removed at any movement and all of that represents risk
