Ich glaube, sie sahen, dass er eine Waffe hatte, wurden wütend, entwaffneten ihn und als sie weg waren, begannen die Schüsse. Das war kurz zuvor und er geht weg. Warum? Und wenn es angemessen ist, ihn zu erschießen, wie stellt er dann ohne seine Waffe eine Bedrohung dar? Und wenn das nicht seine Waffe ist, warum rennt dieser Offizier dann inmitten einer großen Bedrohung davon?

There are people online that see the video and see exactly what goes down here and still are applauding the „officers“. Smh. It makes me think that maybe some people really are NPCs and can’t think for themselves.
The government is coming out and lying right off the bat, expecting people to not trust what we can see.
Lots to sort out. We don’t know if that’s „the gun“. And why wouldn’t he walk away? There are half a dozen dudes on the guy. What’s he gunna do? Push his way into the pile?
Hopefully we get bodycam footage soon. If it doesn’t show this guy brandishing his weapon or grabbing one of the officers‘ guns, I don’t know how the shooting could be justified.
Disarming someone involves getting the weapon out of their reach, you dont just take it off them and throw it on the ground nearby.

The fact that they attempted to detain this man for practicing his 1st amendment right (ultimately violating his 4th amendment right) and literally/physically stripped him of his 2nd amendment right which in theory exists to protect him from this very situation, and the republicans are against him, should be the last confirmation anyone needs to understand that MAGA is the antithesis to the constitution.

I’m seeing people saying that Alex shouldn’t have been carrying a gun at all if he didn’t want to be shot. Interesting, seeing as he was unarmed and subdued when he was executed at point blank range. the officer who shot him saw the gun in his holster originally then saw it no longer in the holster after the other Ice goon removed it and assumed it was in the victim’s hands so shot. I strongly believe the recently hired ICE agents are proud boys.

You have to carry your open carry gun permit with you and you must surrender the permit and weapon when commanded by law enforcement to do so. Anyone saying that it was no big deal that he chose not to carry ID or his carry permit, but chose to bring a fully loaded weapon with two magazines to a known federal operation and to attempt to assault and interfere with ice agents is lying. Not smart.
Watch the video recorded through the glass from the store across the street. The main group surrounding the guy all had their backs to the camera, grey shirt agent comes in from behind and out of view of the others, reaches in and grabs the guys gun from his conceal carry holster mounted on the back of his belt, and the gun goes off accidentally as grey shirt guy pulls it out (almost broke his wrist). This happened while the guy was getting up on his knees and an agent to the left of grey shirt shot the guy out of fear he was getting up and shooting a gun.
I know this isn’t what people want to believe, but it is what happened. Watch the video several times with audio on and you will see it too. Not defending ICE actions at all in any capacity, but this wasn’t intentional murder or execution. It was an understandable yet very unfortunate perceived deadly threat in the moment of chaos which is always responded to with deadly force by any LEO (whether you agree with that response or not, that is what will happen every time).

The other demon thug SAW grey jacket demon thug take away Pretti’s weapon and as soon as he did, he then pulled out his own weapon and started shooting Pretti. This was PRE-PLANNED! They were waiting to come across someone with a gun to spin a fake narrative. What they didn’t count on was all the fucking HEROES recording everything at multiple angles which blatantly shows those ICE demon thugs lies!

he’s removing the threat (the weapon) away from the person resisting. Despite emotion from anyone, the suspect (at the time of the incident) should have stopped fighting/resisting and complied the moment he was approached.
So I was just thinking about it, isn’t one of the last stages of fascism loyalty tests? Maybe these types of things occurring are to check who is loyal and complies with the government narrative online and those that don’t are put on the lists. Just made me wonder, since the end goal is to have loyalists and there are typically loyalty tests, they could just use AI to see who is complying online
