If Trump is talking about us, it means our PM is doing something right.

Shouldn’t have said that.
It might be true, but it doesn’t matter, because if we want to have a free trade deal thats up to us to decide, not the usa.

“The last thing the World needs is to have China take over Canada. It’s NOT going to happen, or even come close to happening!”
Somebody is shitting bricks and I don’t think its Carney.

We’ve got a choice between a murderous imperialist regime that threatened to invade us last year, and a murderous imperial regime that mainly just threatens us economically and politically.
It’s not a great situation.

I hope the rebellious teenage phase is over for Liberals.
Like it or not, neither China nor Europe would buy things from Canada. Logistically it’s not possible to achieve the same trade volume as USA. We have to work with Daddy Trump one way or the other. We can choose to wait for his term to finish and start over with the new president. But poking holes at this moment will not help us with CUSMA negotiations – well it helps Liberals win elections but it will not help Canadian families. I hope Canadians are smart enough to see the game that Carney is playing right now.

We don’t take orders from the USA. We will do what we must. The sign has been taken out of the window. US threats are just pathetic to see now.

That was a very apt descriptor…
‘The current administration under Trump is bombastic and antagonistic’

The liberals scrambling to make this point is the most illuminating thing you can witness to determine where they feel the real power sits.
