The video shows the agents taking his gun from his waist and then killing him
They disarmed and then executed him.
At no point was the victim holding his own gun.
It was taken by an agent from his holster.
Ignore the evidence of your eyes and ears, folks.

Man, the fact that this is their best attempt to spin this means you know it’s fucked up. They blatantly executed this guy for exercising his second amendment at a protest. No mention of him doing anything with the gun that would warrant them seizing it in the first place. No mention of just how close he got to the officers.
Plus the video showing them easily taking the gun away prior to him getting shot.

As a non-American, watching this all unfold from the outside is actually insane. It feels like the USA is 50 years in the past.
I know the full story hasn’t developed yet but the “maximum damage” and “massacre law enforcement” sounds like complete propaganda.
In the video it straight up looked like pistol whipping cop had his gun accidentally got off which caused a chain reaction as the agents panicked and mag dumped him. That’s just what I take away. They lied about the Cuban that died in their custody and their lying about this too
Edit: I’ve seen a 3rd angle and the user who replied to me was right. The agent was striking him with what looks like a mace can. It looks as though that the citizen had both hands on the ground. It’s hard to see because he was being absolutely swarmed. I’m not american but I am wondering how far this will go before you guys band together for a general strike. This is so crazy to me. The Ice agent put their hands on him, pushing him backwards. Ice agents were the agitators. The victim is a US citizen who had a permit, a legal permit to carry. At no point did he attempt to pull his weapon out! Again, I repeat, he was disarmed by an agent who can be seen running away from the dog pile on the victim before the victim was shot multiple times by an ICE agent.
All actions by the victim were legal. All actions by the ice agent were illegal and they commit committed murder.
Louisiana is an open carry state. I guarantee that you open carry, insert yourself in a police operation, and tussle with law enforcement, you are going to get lit up.

They approached him.
He was well away from them.
Filming was his crime.
Armed=legal.
Even when he had 5-6 agents on him he wasn’t reaching for it.
The gun was removed.
He was shot.
This is murder.
That was murder…. does anyone see any followup video? I guessing those guys probably got into an unmarked van and drove off. I hope a whistleblower and documentation exist of who these guys are… they need to go to prison for battery and murderer. I hope someone is protecting that woman who filmed it and ran off with whatever footage/evidence she had.
