Anscheinend hat sich auf meinem Bettgestell in meinem Schlafzimmer ein leichter Schimmelbefall gebildet. Ich vermiete meine komplett möblierte Wohnung von meinem Vermieter und bin mir daher nicht sicher, wie das richtige Protokoll lautet. Soll ich es zuerst selbst reinigen oder sollte ich es sofort meinem Vermieter mitteilen? Wird die Reparatur außerdem teuer sein und wer ist dafür verantwortlich? Es scheint oberflächlich zu sein, da es sonst keinen Schimmel in meiner Wohnung gibt (ich habe Luftfeuchtigkeitsmesser, die immer deutlich unter 60 % liegen, die Temperatur liegt immer über 16 Grad und ich lüfte auch zweimal am Tag richtig).

Try a „Schimmelentferner“ spray you can get in a Baumarkt/Drogerie and ventilate very well when using it.
To reduce the risk for mold, keep the furniture a little more away from the wall so the air can ventilate behind it.
That looks like the result of having the bed frame too close to the wall.
Just walk to your local supermarket, buy mold removal spray and spray it on (follow the directions on the bottle) and it should be gone.
In future, don’t put your bed so close to the wall, rather keep a little distance (5-10 centimeters) for air flow.

I got this from Globus. Works like magic.
Instead of spray, get some DanKlorix or a cheaper brand, and apply with a Brush. This creates less aerosol and less smell. Be careful and wear gloves in any case!

Use the mold killer as instructed, let it fully dry, spray on the impregnation solution, let it fully dry – and you won’t have to worry about mold for at least another year or two. You probably want to spray the fabric of the bedframe as well (the impregnation spray shouldn’t cause any stains).
Put some stoppers between the bedframe and the wall to leave a permanent gap for air circulation, ~5cm.
That will likely be the end of it.
If you intend to stay much longer, it’s potentially worth starting a paper trail. This looks like an outside wall with a heat bridge and is likely going to continue to cause problems – the above is merely a functional workaround.
As others have said, make sure that air can circulate behind your head board. If the problem persists, you could consider raising your room temperature by say 1C.
And make sure you do Stosslüften your bedroom twice a day in winter. (Or have an eye on air humidity in the room).

Chlore spray sure works. best to use before you go to work and come back 8 to 10 hours later. also make sure your pets (if you have any) do not get in this room meanwhile. after you can rub it of with a soft wet wipe and after that let air come in more frequently. Maister from daily living will make it come back.
