      It has the same power as the photograph of terrified Elian Gonzalez looking at an armed US agent in 2001. That picture made a lot of people’s hearts hurt. To use children as lures is evil. This child’s brother came home to find them gone and there were people at the home begging them to let the child stay. They were here legally as well.
