Das obere Loch hatte ein Schloss
Mitte hatte dieses Gummiding, das etwas locker war, aber da ich in meinem Alter vernünftig war, habe ich nicht geglaubt, ob es sich lösen würde
Im unteren Loch befanden sich scheinbar gefederte Stifte für einen Druckluftanschluss.
Ich frage mich, wofür sie sind.

It’s a key storage for the fire department. They have a key that opens the lock in the wall, and inside is a key to the building.
It’s a key storage cylinder that has a key to technical rooms like the electrical center or water meter etc. for maintenance companies to access. If there’s a red one higher up it’s for the fire department.
