I find the idea of the fear and greed index useful, and the reality about as useful as the [weather stone](https://np.reddit.com/r/ItemShop/s/zOoSBScsTx). It seems to reflect current sentiment too directly, with no real predictiveness and therefore little insight beyond what’s already obvious.
