    Einwanderungsbeamte behaupten in einem Memo, sie hätten die weitreichende Befugnis, ohne richterlichen Beschluss in Häuser einzudringen


    Meine Verschwörungstheorie besagt, dass sich all die „Tritt mich nicht auf den Kopf“-Konservativen nicht darum kümmern werden, weil sie die Verfassung nur dann „lieben“, wenn sie ihrem Zweck dient. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie Heuchler allererster Güte sind.

      Republicans:

      „This doesn’t happen“ (even when I provide proof)

      „This is fake“ (even if the memo is linked in the original article)

      „This is acceptable“ (because throw out the 4th amendment I guess? Edit: omg I have one that thinks the border crossing exemption justifies these actions. Ffs!!!).

      I’ve run across all 3 so far since this broke, and I’m going to guess it’s going to just get worse until we’re at „fuck you and take it“.

      Everyone should remember just because THEY SAY this, doesn’t make it legal. If they come knocking, call your local law enforcement or a lawyer directly.
