Feels like 99% of reporting workplace bullying or abuse goes this way.
They will do everything to deflect or take meaningful action that would make anyone libel for anything while dragging the accuser through the mud.
My company disabled the „ALL STAFF“ email option for everyone expect approved inboxes after someone sent some very disgruntled emails tearing HR a new one for how they treated him after he reported bullying. He was on the way out the door after landing a new job.
