I don’t know, I think it should be a requirement that anyone taking the role of the president is able to speak at least a little english. And if not he should just let Cassis do it, I thought this was the big advantage of having a federal consul where everyone is equal. I mean Cassis is the foreign minister after all and even vice president right now.
