Wasn’t Crowder outed as being literally paid by russia today to spread missinformation?

  2. The argument is: We can give Americans the same benefits instead of footing the NATO bill.

This is fine. The US should pay way less. Trust is broken so there’s no point in having Uncle Sam pay for it, right?

No Steven, Greenland is „on the table“ because your current POTUS is a greedy chap who doesn’t respect previous international commitments, has a hard time understanding the word „no“ and apparently doesn’t mind a quick land/resource grab or two.

That’s why Greenland is „on the table“ Steven.

Also free public universities are a thing in many other countries, Poland included, so that’s a pretty low bar to make the list.

It’s so much bullshit with that 2/3 NATO defensive costs.
Also: how could you guys have any work-life balance? American billionaires must have more money and you guys make it harder for them!

Fuck USA. Third world bullshit feudal country with nukes. Dumbest place ever that’s is being run by a clown and where its citizens are fed chemicals all their life to make them stupid and vote for billionaire class that enslaves them more. Dipshit country

ah yes of course the US would take the money they pay into NATO and use it to fund free education for its population, and not, idk go to war somewhere they don’t belong… right???

We wont make your live better, but we will make someone else worse.

So unfair. He didnt even mention that all this countries have public healthcare system, which mean 0 health cost debt bancrupcies. So rude to miss that.

    Damm germans and their…. universities.

As long as Congress votes „we gonna invade greenland and DOW Denmark“ only Trump ass is on the table.

  8. „hey look these countries actually care for their citizens, we should stop allying with them!!!“

Europe using worthless $ for all international transactions is a huge boost for the USA, because that allows them to print trillions without having hyperinflation. Not to mention lack of proper taxation of their digital services. It’s time to ditch $ and they we are going to quickly see the real value of that currency.

He has a point. The fact Trump can even threaten us, while we can barely do anything is just embarrassing. It’s gonna be painful, but do people not see how fucked we are by being so addicted to China, Russia and USA?

  11. The deal was slightly different – US was caring about all that cool military stuff, so Europe doesn’t and US hegemony isn’t questioned. Now it is, with or without Europe militarny buildup, deal is off even if democrats are back, and we are going straight into times that will be very interesting to learn about 200 years from now, if there will be anybody that cares left, that is.

While the USA does spend more on defence, much of that is outside the NATO sphere (eg, Korea, Japan, etc).

Plus is their spending comparable? How much of their defence budget is covering things that in Europe would be covered by universal healthcare?

  13. I literally detest claims like „Europe does not pay their bills, etc.“ First of all, NATO was designed deliberatery to „Keep Soviets out, Americans in and Germans low“. Besides, American defence sector benefited hugely from European defence spendings over the last 80 years. Finally, statements like „The U.S.“ covers 2/3 of NATO defense“ seems like cherry-picking to me.

  14. ArgumentFew4432 on

Lol 2/3 my ass. It’s 15%-18% for common budget.

Who knew that USA 320 million people, spent in total more for military than German 80 million people .

As Germany started no war since ww2 and USA fucks around every year.

  15. Dlaczego jakoś ostatnio mniej tu fanów i obrońców Trumpa/PIS-u/Konfy? Coś Wam się stało nagle?

  16. Accomplished_Note_81 on

The only reason we cover so much of the cost is because we choose to, with our politicians voting to prop up the MIC. And now, Trump wants to spend 1/2 a trillion more! We could reasonably cut our defense spending in half and still have the most advanced army out there.

  17. No other country can export their inflation abroad Steven. You could have all teh social programs you need if bilionares actually paid their bills instead of forcing middle class and debt to do most of the job while they enjoy their vacations on a different yacht every week.

US enjoys enormous priviledges with petrodollar and USD being world’s reserve currency, but only becasue other countries decided that US can be trusted with managing world’s liquidity by printing USD.

You will notice as US power wanes that the debt is becoming heavier and heavier until inevitable hyperinflation or default, which incidentally will hurt average joe way more than top 1%.

  18. anonynousasdfg on

Since when have free public universities been a problem? That argument is so dumb.

  19. Decent_Year_2954 on

Damn nonsence, european armies are enough to keep Russia back for the momment, dosnt even need much more spending, but it would need cooperation. And I have a feeling this is not really in Trumpists interest, rather keepem seperate and blackmail all..

  20. Different-Cook-8393 on

Us want to beef up their military capitalist masters, what can EU do

  21. Unexpected_yetHere on

Fun fact: the US spends 28% of its budget on healthcare (the runner up is social security at 25%).

Still the only developed country I can think of where people go bankrupt for getting shot by someone else.
