It’s actually a letter to Norways prime minister. So he’s messaging the prime minister of Norway about the Nobel prize that he doesn’t have control of, and angrily threatens to take Danish territory because he didn’t get the prize that Jonas doesn’t decide over.
Kind of like if the prime minister of Sweden would write POTUS to threaten to annex Mexico because the president of the united states didn’t give the Oscar to one of the Skarsgaards.
