Da die Menschen in der Gegend jedoch schwarz gestrichen sind, ist das nicht möglich, weshalb die Gegend aufgerufen wurde "Tal der Ahnungslosen."

How common was it to watch West Germany TV, and was there any enforcement against it?
I thought that East German TVs only had a version of PAL Tuner that didn’t pick up the audio carrier from West German broadcasts?
I once watched a documentary that said despite Dresden having the least western „propaganda“ exposure, they still had the highest rate of people asking to leave the country.
