    This image is a composite shot from on top of bald hill located in Southland New Zealand, the peak of the Hill is a gradual climb which is around 2.5km in length until you reach the peak which sits at around 800m above sea level. From the peak you can usually see the alps to the north and the coast to the east, west and south, unfortunately there was a mist due to the colder than usual summer that we are having that was blocking the view to the valleys below.

    The foreground is 2 images at 16mm f3.2, iso 640 and 60s with the sky being 120, 20s untracked shots at iso 400 f2.0 at 16mm edited in siril and merged in photoshop

  2. That confused me initially, as it seems upside down from what I’m used to. Awesome pic though

  3. So cool to see it upside down – not like how we normally see it in the northern hemisphere. Beautiful pic🙂
