I would be interested in seeing a map of Europe, i think you would be able to see a clear difference between east and and west

Lol of course there isnt a single county in Ohio without its own McDonalds

The county in North Mississippi with no McDonald’s doesn’t have a stoplight in the whole county either.

Did they open a McDonalds in Parke County Indiana? It used to be a notable one without

      New Mexican here.

Catron, Torrance, De Baca, Mora, and Union Counties (marked in red) account for 1.2% of my state’s population.

The counties in red in the middle of Texas are some of the most rural and poor parts of the whole country. Nothing but cows and a small town with an Allsups and Dairy Queen if you’re lucky.

The only reason those counties are red is because McDonalds hasn’t figured out fly-thrus at 30,000 ft.

The only county in Arizona without one, Greenlee Country, has only 9000 residents

    9. This isn’t accurate for north Alabama at all, btw. Marshall, Madison, Jackson, dekalb, etc ALL have McDonald’s. I’ve seen them and/or been to them. There’s a McDonald’s within thirty minutes of basically everywhere. Many of them have been there for at minimum 30 years.

    10. There’s a McDonalds in my county but it’s usually a 3 hour drive away. During the winter the road is closed and you’d have to go around making it a 4 hour drive.

There’s technically a Mcdonalds 1 hour away but it’s in another state.

    11. The fact an entity can be so massive we’re surprised when they DON’T have a presence in a county, is wild to me. Suppose there are some very sparsely populated areas of the US still.

McDonald’s once had a store in Adak, Aleutian Islands, Alaska, but has been abandoned since mid-1990s.

Lavaca County, TX just got a McDonald’s. This map is outdated.

    14. I’d like to see this but Canada and A&W or Timmie’s, i promise you a sea of green save a few northern jurisdictions

    15. Hmm… Just selected one county adjacent to mine and it absolutely has a McDonalds, but listed as no.

I’m not going to go through them all, just saying this is either outdated or misaligned.

    16. Surprisingly Canada’s map would be greener. But it’s because we don’t have the other 100 fast food chains, So often McDonald’s fill that gap

Idaho, the land of potatoes, doesn’t seem enthusiastic about mcdonald’s french fries

    18. That little red blip of Skamania county Washington. 💪

To be fair there are still many very close by tho. Hood River/Camus.
