This kind of feels like a hit piece on this charity for having the nerve to critique the government while they’ve bought housing that isn’t used yet.
They can’t really put people in there if the fire remediation isn’t done. This is a probably higher standard than if it was privately owned and rented. But once a government agency or charity gets involved they have to do it by the book.
