    Creamy mushroom pasta; mushroom omelette; mushroom risotto; mushroom (and spinach and egg) savoury crepes; mushroom-mince spaghetti “bolognese”; mushroom stir fry; mushroom toast, the sky is the limit!! (I love mushrooms…)

  2. Mushroom curry. Cook the lot down, cook down some shallots and garlic (like two bags of shallots and two heads of garlic with that), add a good amount of cumin, coriander and garam masala, two boxes of pasatta and cook for about two hours.

    Find thirty people to feed.

    Mushroom soup and pickled mushrooms too. Chop them amd freeze them too.

  4. Use a food processor to chop them all up real small, repack and sell as artisan vegan mince. 

  5. Creamy mushroom soup all the way. I had found a good recipe on YouTube by „chef Billy Parisi“. Mind you, that only uses up about a kg of those. Might want to double the batch. Super delicious recipe.
