Has the ICC ever arrested a war criminal? or just thoughts and prayers
If the USA, China or Russia are not part of the ICC, it makes no sense for the others to be. They are giving up sovereignty for nothing.
Need to strengthen this court for humanity’s future. If we can return to some degree of normalcy, being a member of ICC needs to be baked into international agreements and events.

Worth noting that many EU countries while being members of the ICC refuse to enforce its arrest warrants, making their membership pretty weak too

When will people understand that this whole organization is the definition of „useless“, and its warrants toilet paper for anyone other than third-worlder warlords?
The ICC is truly a peculiar case, since the country that gives the orders in that court isn’t even a member.
