No shit, and they will continue to do so, because they don’t care about the rule of law

They probably laugh as they unroll Constitution themed toilet paper to wipe their enormous behinds…

Yep, and no consequences like always. Checks and Balances don’t work if the Checks can’t enforce it.

What’s interesting is this being the first case where a Federal Judge has explicitly declared actions to be a violation of the Oath of Office. That oath is part of the Constitution, and as such must carry some weight of Law behind those words.
It has never been tested, so this represents a new front in the engagement. If SCOTUS declares the oath as nothing more than symbolic words, that will be a sad sad day for America.
Hopefully, the courts will recognize that oath as a binding contract that grants Federal and State courts the power to un-do works and actions that violate the oath. We’ll see…

„Conspired“ makes it sound like it was done in secret. These chucklefucks have been doing it out in the open since day 1.

What conspiracy? It’s not a secret, Trump has been openly violating the constitution and US law blatantly.
The dudes a convicted felon who was found civilly liabel for raping a woman who probably also assaulted children. He doesn’t care about the law.
