The current US executive has said as much multiple times over the past year. This isn’t new information.

It Doesn’t matter if cusma collapses because it takes 10 more years to end anyways. You’ll hear a different story in 2034 when suddenly free trade is popular between the 2 countries because that’s when it begins to matter.
