Hers the thing about mk ultra most people don’t realise. It’s not necessarily hypnotic type mind control. It can be or it can be simple persuasion. By that I mean:
Person a, let’s call them the cia. They need someone killed for whatever reason.
They have three options. 1) kill them their selves.
2) have someone else kill them.
3) just let it go and see what happens.
Option three is pretty common in a war scenario. Things will naturally take their course.
Option one is risky. It has further implications if they were to be caught/found out.
So that leaves option two.
They have a number of options for this.
1) call in a favor from an ally. Again risky.
2) pay someone from one of their accounts. Again risky and unnecessary if the target is someone divisive. Take Charlie Kirk for example if we’re using Tyler Robinson.
Ck was hugely divisive on one hand yet on the other plenty of people had no idea who he was.
A good choice for option 3) convince someone else to kill them.
Old mk ultra was mind control through the use of hypnosis and drugs. Outdated.
Modern mk ultra is using the power of persuasion.
Basically they use a persons innate hostilitya d prejudice for their own benefit.
Charlie had a lot of haters. They were vocal about that hate. There were discord groups, Facebook groups etc. easy for the cia to find.
The cia infiltrate these groups en masse. They trawl through them to find not only the most vocal members against their target but the most lonely and already compromised. Be that drugs, sexual identity, depressed, whatever.
The cia agent hovers around in these groups identifying potential victims. They maybe put out some extreme posts to see who bites.
Once they’ve found potential victims they begin building rapport with them. This is especially effective if the target is lonely. They befriend them. They mirror their victims interests and personality. Could be as simple as posting about their favorite food. They build this rapport and connection. They message offline. Maybe e en move into another platform- excellent if they’re a gamer or on another platform that the regular group doesn’t know about.
The connection builds to a friendship. The cia agent will then move into an actual in person meeting. This could be something like oh I’m in town for a meeting/family/whatever. They’ll ask the target to meet up. If the target is evasive they’ll engineer a meeting (obviously the cia knows address’s, place of work etc). So they’ll meet the target. This is make or break. If the target is suitable then they’ll cement the friendship. Another meeting a concert, a sports event, something. Again especially effective if the target is lonely. They now have a ‘real’ friend. If the targets family is sick or poor they’ll help them out to strengthen the bond even more. Next comes a meeting where the cia and victim focus in the intended target. They go to a rally. An event where the target will be. They bond more. The cia agent will float the idea of killing the target. Depending on the victim reaction is how they proceed. Either they back off a little and continue to work it or they go for it. They get more extreme. They reiterate the want to kill the target. They maybe plan it out jokingly or whatever. They sow the seed. This is the point where the cia agent introduces other agents to the plot. ‘Other friends that want x dead’. If the victim is still on board they put the plan in motion.
In the case of Tyler Robinson with his grandfathers rifle, it could have been something simple like ‘cia agent: hey I’m coming to town, we should go hunting/camping after we go to see Charlie Kirk, bring your granddaddy’s rifle, I’ll bring my shotgun’ something like that.
The cia would engineer the situation so that the victim was in the right place, with his weapon, at the right time, To get caught on cctv. They wouldn’t even have to kill the target. Another cia agent would take care of that to do it properly. The victim would purely be the fall guy. CCTV puts him at the spot, with a gun. The gun is the same as the one used or close to it. The prior communications that the cia produce prove intent and planning. It’s a slam dunk.
At this point, it’s better to call it Monarch instead of MKUltra. MKUltra was the pilot program, Monarch was the follow-up when they learned from what worked/failed in MKUltra, mixed it with Bernays’s work and figured out how to apply it to the masses.
