      Could his stance have changed? Previously, he stated he would take it even by force (militarily), but now he seems to be shifting toward trade leverage.
      Perhaps the soldiers Europe sent did have an impact on his decision.

      Plus his tariffs will hit mostly Americans.

      Just bring those tariffs on, because even if the EU were to give in now, in a month it’ll be something else he wants or tariffs.
