      i’ve been too depressed to watch any teasers so i didn’t really know what this was gonna sound like & im pleasantly surprised. it seems they went in the direction of “outside” from their last mini album.

      it’s a knife & a bop 😊

      it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting but I’m just so tired of this sound already, tired of the 2-minute bridgeless trend when even mid-tier/nugu company groups have moved on from it… please HYBE let it go

      I wish this was longer 🙁 as it is, it sounded a bit too one-note for me. there’s no part that particularly stands out or makes me want to listen again.

      Their most catchy chorus ever, wow! Usually not a fan of one word repetitions but this is done so well I genuinely love it!

      No bridge, sadly, but the verses are fire! Both the lyrics and melody for them is real nice. The lyrics are especially so fun!

      Visually great too, the members had such great expressions here, clearly by now Enha is truly comfortable with these „rough“ concepts and shine here so much!

      I didn’t mind this trend at first, but I’m now convinced that Travis Scott and Playboi Carti have done unimaginable harm to kpop.

      Aside from the song being 80% chorus nothing in the song is really memorable and sticks with you other than them saying knife 500 times in a row.

      Hybe. I swear. Giving your artists a bridge wouldn’t kill them.

      Not to mention the entire album is full of LESS THAN TWO MINUTE LONG SONGS.

      I’m so tired lmao.

      Anyway, I don’t know how I feel about this yet. It’s catchy and vibey, but also doesn’t really go anywhere, and doesn’t sound distinctly Enhypen to me– it sounds like a CORTIS reject. Not sure why Hybe is having two of their bgs put out the exact same sound??

      Edit: so I chilled out and had a listen and found that most of the short songs on the album are narration etc. Lore moment lol. I guess I’m just annoyed as I thought it was going to be an album with a lot of full-length songs. Ah well. My point about the bridges still stands hahaha.

      Is the news reporter in the beginning ai? Also the knife kid vine in the beginning made me giggle lmaooo

      Overall I liked the song very catchy. I agree with other commenters saying that they wish it was longer/had more vocal parts but for what it is I feel like it’s complete 🧐

      I was really looking forward to this, but I’m now feeling a bit underwhelmed. That just didn’t really go anywhere. Off to listen to the album!

      Everyone missing the dark moody Enhypen sound, go check out No Way Back from the album. I love Knife but NWB should have maybe been the TT though it’s a little slower. It has a bridge which is absolute perfection!!
