To translate: it says that Armenia will be supported by the Netherlands in/through European organizations (European contexts/relations if translated literally).
The rest of the paragraph is about fully supporting Israel and copying Trump by moving the Dutch embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, and starting tribunals for IS perpetrators of atrocities, if anyone is interested.
It’s a positive sign that Armenia gets mentioned in the shortest, most Eurosceptic government accord we’ve ever had in the Netherlands (only 26 pages as opposed to 50-80 for previous governments).
This is genesis.

This might be one of the only good thing our new coalition is planning to do.
FYI: The new prime minister of the Netherlands „Geert Wilders“ was the only Dutch PM who attend the armenian genocide memorial a few years back in the Netherlands.
Many PM’s didnt attend due to fear of Erdogan. I was there and he fully supported the Armenian people.
It will be interesting to see what „European context“ means, considering that it will probably hinge on the approval of hungary and the like.
