Wir haben heute eine Taube mit einem verletzten Flügel gefunden und wissen nicht, wohin wir ihn bringen sollen. Ich bin vor kurzem nach Basel gezogen und kenne hier keine Tierärzte oder Stationen. Die, die ich beim Googeln gefunden habe, sind entweder geschlossen oder nehmen keine Tauben auf.
Und was kann ich tun, um es ihm angenehmer zu machen? Wir steckten ihn in einen Karton mit einer Decke und gaben ihm einen mit Wasser gefüllten Deckel

Pigeons (at least the one you pictured) are not very popular and are more of a pest than anything else.
It‘s commendable that you care, but quite frankly you‘ll have difficulty finding someone who is willing to spend time and money on a pigeon.
Also beware, pigeons are very homey. If a pigeon decides the place where you live is it‘s home, you can‘t ever get rid of it again. They ALWAYS find a way back. For generations.
Maybe you could call a birds center (centre d’ornithologie in French)
Depends of your location, maybw a local vogelwarte, what happens with the bird?
Schutz & Rettung Zürich (Einsatzleitzentrale) call them, they help with injured or abandoned animals.
Maybe Tierklinik Basel?
Bruh, pigeons are rats with wings, the dirtiest animals out there. Why would you take one home. They carry diseases and defecate everywhere
