Title reads like its still incurring cost, thats hardly the case is it?

I know the legal world is slow, but still going through claims 15 years later seems crazy.

At the at rate it cant be more than a few staff manning the admin side.

My dad gave evidence in this tribunal and died over 20 years ago. LOL.
