There are no more Armenians in Artsakh apart from 1-2 elderly people. No, the Armenians are not happy about it, especially the ones who lost their homes.
Armenia had never recognized Artsakh. That’s why there is no government in exile or anything. The lack of recognition was one of the worst things about the conflict
Its a province now,they gained the land minus the people just like they wanted and the goverment is promoting people to settle there.i don’t think anyone would be happy after having to leave their home even less the way they did.

Armenians that lost their lands aren’t happy about it. Huge hurdles stay in the way of their assimilation of the Artsakh population into the Armenian economy. If breakaway state refers to the ideology of Artsakh belonging to Armenians, no ideology can have any teeth without powerful financial and political backing, both of which lack in the case of Artsakh.
Holy, the average person is so clueless about this 💀
The irony is Azeris are advocating for the autonomy of South Azerbaijan meanwhile when it came to Karabakh they were talking about respecting territorial integrity.
