Prussia would regain these territories after the partitions
It wouldn’t fix the broken political system in Poland (ultraliberal democracy of aristocrats) so it wouldn’t change much.

No, this is extremely naïve thinking, the only thing that would change is Prussia would be even more hostile in the following years and would probably be able to take back all of that easily
Dude, this would change the history of the world. No Prussia = No unification of Germany, No silesian wars, no World War 1 and 2. Hell, maybe we even could be on more friendly terms with Russians.
