This is the post office most of us civilians use to send goods to our friends on the front lines. the haulage company brings them to the Kharkov post office who then handle the local delivery.
Good chance I just lost a few hundred pounds worth of supplies on the way to my friends on the front line.
After the loss of a few of their shadow oil tankers, RuZZia probably thinks this is a good retaliation, hitting a post office which they probably reckon will disrupt friendly letters between the West and Ukraine.
You have to understand that the Orcs have grown up malnourished, abused, soaked in vodka and fed nothing but Kremlin propaganda, so their brains don’t work the way a normal human brain does. It’s basically Orc logic.
