      Well, so it is. And? Frankly, it doesn’t really matter. Many components used by the military are old compared to civilian applications. First and foremost, they need to be robust (and a lot of modern tech is severely lacking in this regard). The F-22 uses Pentium I processors, for example.

    2. It is actually not a good thing. That means those components can’t be put under sanctions. And the missile works as we’ve seen.

      Hell, Americans flew to the moon on hardware from the 60s.
