      They’re connected by capability. If a platform is built with materials designed to alter appearance or signature, then visual identification alone isn’t proof of civilian use. At that point, “it looked civilian” stops being a meaningful argument.

      I dont know if perfidy applies here. The people on the boats weren’t combatants, is there any evidence they were military personnel? Its just straight up targeting civilians

      So 9/11 flight 77 was done by a military aircraft/ drone? Grey color instead of white-blue? Hmm… Interesting

      The Army has an entire aviation unit built around deceiving countries and adversaries about who’s flying these aircraft, it may be illegal but it’s been going on forever.

      It’s not perfidy by the way. That applies to ongoing international armed conflict, this was a peacetime operation against a boat that was stateless.
